One World café per each of the four territories was held between the end of June and the beginning of July 2022 to present the results of the Delphi surveys and to debate points of dissensus and paths of consensus with the most important stakeholder groups. Their different perspectives were shared to arrive at a stable consensus which is being incorporated into the four territorial reports with orientations for the development of concrete, realistic, and feasible transformative outlooks on the policy foci.
